Artwork specifications
We have outlined some guidelines for acceptable artwork; we can accept artwork from the following programs:
- Adobe Illustrator version 9.0;
- Corel Draw up to version 10; and
- PhotoShop up to 5.5
Or we can accept artwork in the following formats: .eps, .emf, .cgm, .pdf, .wmf, and .psd.
We can accept raster files only in a tiff format and if the image is
300 dpi at actual size to be printed.
If the artwork is multi-colored, a vector format with spot colors must be
provided unless the final print is to be a CMYK print.
For magnets with a bleed see our bleed requirements below.
We can accept PMT (PhotoMechanical Transfer). We can usually use laser
printed artwork if printed on quality white paper, there are no halftones,
and if the print is at least the size of the desired print. Artwork containing
halftones will have to be delivered digitally, or reproduced.
Almost always artwork printed from an inkjet printer is not
usable. We must see artwork to make judgment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
We cannot use
- Faxed artwork
- jpeg images
- pre-printed decals, or other pre-printed items

We can assist in creating artwork, Our charges are $35 per hour. This is a fraction of the
cost of a graphics house. We strive to offer our customers the best value.
It will expedite your order to provide us with acceptable artwork. Our
production times listed on our product pages are strictly for production time.
If artwork needs to be created or modified it will add to
the turn around time.
